Bought this to ride with my son. On a women's bike, the saddle doesn't stay put (it slides back all the time), the quick-release fork doesn't stay put, the saddle doesn't stop spinning. I was able to use zip ties to secure the seat. The instructions are written in very small size, so it was very difficult to read. You should kick with your knees slightly apart so that the child does not constantly bump his buttocks with his knee. That said, the first few rides were fine and I was happy to be able to ride faster than when my son pedaled his own bike next to me.
