**EDIT***I have changed my rating to 5 stars strictly for the extraordinary customer service. The company reached out to me and offered me a full refund which I have received. I made 3 more attempts to bake bread in the unit after my initial review and they still didn't come out. Even with checking the room temperature. I may have received a bad unit. Its possible. So many reviews have such great results. Mine just didn't which is frustrating and made me a little sad. I love fresh bread! I want to thank the company for reaching out.I have yet to get a good loaf of bread from this machine. I weigh all ingredients. Ive purchased fresh ingredients. I checked and double checked the instructions, the display before baking, all of it. Ive tried recipes from all over trying to get SOMETHING to work. Even my favorite recipe from King Arthur didn't work. I couldn't believe it, Ive never had that particular recipe not work in a bread machine. Back to the drawing board to find a bread machine that works. I can't recommend this machine based on my own experience with it. 2 stars because it IS easy to clean and it doesnt take up too much space.
