I am extremely happy with my Crownful bread machine. Not only is it a beautiful bread machine, but it really is the simplest thing to operate and if that wasn’t enough, the quality of the bread is amazing! I really do like the bread maker. I first used all the recipes in the recipe booklet. I was successful but when I tried using other recipes they turned out not so good. I read the tips and tricks in the instruction booklet and then all my loaves came out good. I learned that with this machine I needed to adjust liquid and flour measures. Sending back and frustrated with this purchase. I suspect it was a used machine. I turned it on for the initial 10 minute test run as directed and iit started in mid cycle, trying to kneed. I got it back to bake and it started pouring out smoke. The person providing tech support.through fb messenger, said it's never happened and had to check with QC. I made 3 more attempts to bake bread in the unit after my initial review and they still didn't come out. Even with checking the room temperature. I may have received a bad unit. Its possible. Well, my daughter was visiting when it was delivered. We made bread. We kept watching the Bread maker and we couldn't wait but we had to wait till it was finished. We love it! Guess what, my daughter took it with her when she went home. So I have to order another one., The only drawback is it has a slight chemical smell so you should take the bread out when it is done. I am hoping the chemical smell will dissipate, I really think it will so just buy one. !

I returned the original machine because it didn't bake bread well and Ryan Ramos at Crownful reached out to me and offered to send me another machine at no cost to me, for this I give Ryan a grade of 5 stars. I have made a loaf of french bread and it turned out pretty good. The crust was tan and the bread was cooked and airy. The machine isn't noisy when in the kneading mode and that was one of the issues that I read on reviews of other bread machines. This is a good bread making machine.

I value a bread maker for the benefit of 360 degrees baking delivery. This product is a great one for the price point. I for most of my life have been a diabetic, eating a low-carb, Keto style diet. This bread maker does provide a gluten free setting which for Keto bread type [yes, I actually put gluten fiber plus oat fiber for main bread texture] and it delivers a superior product. We got it based on reviews. But it doesn't do the job: bread is not ready isf I follow the instructions, it takes additional time, sometimes an hour,to make a loaf look like you can eat it. Plastic parts are so fragile that the lid broke even before I started using it - I opened it and since it hasn't had any device to keep it up while you loading the ingredients, it fell on my arm. And the smell was very toxic. So it's not what I expected, and I don't return it only because it too much hustle.

The directions are very simple, absolutely follow the first-use directions and expect the possibility of a little smoke.I've only made one loaf with this, I followed the cinnamon raisin recipe that came with the machine. The raisin mix did not mix into the dough, instead ended up becoming a raisin-y, sugary crust on the outside of the loaf. Tasty, yes, not what I wanted. I love this bread maker. It's incredibly simple and easy to use, which is a huge plus for me with products. Crownful also has fantastic customer service. My sifter got stuck in a bread loaf that didn't rise, and they offered to send me a new one (along with a bread pan) for free.By the way, if you can't remove your sifter from the bread pan, try running it under hot water after you take out your loaf. (Or just take it out soon after the bread is done.)

It is very easy to use. The recipes work well. My only issue is I just can't get the thing to brown the top of the loaf. I have to pop it in the oven to brown the top, then I have perfect loaves. The bread is soft and stays that way for about three days. The French bread tastes like it is supposed to. It is easy to use. If not for the browning issue, I would give it five stars.

I bought this little unit to replace my old machine that suddenly gave out the night before a caterered event. Nightmare. But I'm so glad I got it afterward. It's quieter than my former name brand one and takes up about 1/3 less space. ETA - The replacement machine works great and I'm pleased with the bread it produces. It's a very easy process with tasty results. One suggestion for improvement -- update the recipe book to include conventional US measurements, i.e. cups, teaspoons, etc. I've been using an online converter to convert grams to cups, but the measurements seem inexact. This is my second bread machine from Revain. The first brand was terrible butI really researched the reviews this time and not disappointed. Bread comes out perfect every time so far and I find the recipe book included to be a great start!

I've been baking my own bread for 9+ years, 4 machines. I baked my st WW loaf [using my modified French recipe.2.5C Brd Flour. 1.5C WW Flour.tBS sugar, 1.5 Ts salt, 2Tbs Butter, some Olive oil. 2Ts Yeast, 1-2/3C water] Set on French menu. The default cooking time is 4 HOURS! The machine has only 1 knead cycle, then 1 RISE, then bake. I am accustomed to at least 2 kneads, 2 rises. then bake- total time 3:25 hrs.4 hrs is a long time! [French- 4C Brd Flour, 1-1/3C water] Great Recipe! Still 4 hrs!

Update:I finally STOPPED following the directions and did what I know from baking bread not in a machine. I added the yeast to the water to allow it to dissolve, and then it all mixed perfectly and made a great loaf. I had tried bread machine yeast, active dry yeast, bread flour, all purpose flour and every combination- this is the only thing that has worked, and now works no matter the recipe, as long as I allow the yeast to touch the water.———I have tried 5 loaves now, a different recipe each

I have gone through several bread machines and really appreciate the sleek design. I typically don't like to bake bread in any bread machine I've owned, but I did use it once using a recipe within the book that came with it. It makes decent bread, but having it to mix dough really is the main purpose I use it for. It works well and is relatively quiet.
