Review on CROWNFUL 2LB Programmable Bread Maker With 12 Presets, Nonstick Pan & Keep Warm Set - ETL Listed (White) by Ricardo Stewart

I bought this little unit to replace my old machine that suddenly gave out the night before a caterered event. Nightmare. But I'm so glad I got it afterward. It's quieter than my former name brand one and takes up about 1/3 less space. The instruction manual does well except it completely fails to mention how function 11 works or if it can work on it's own. I've used this machine several times now and I completely rely on it to perform. It's a good looking machine and light weight as well. I mostly use it for mixing and proofing dough, like my older machines, so I haven't made bread in it yet. But I have no doubt it will do nicely. And I always lift the lid to make sure all the ingredients are mixed in, it's a habit so checking on it doesn't bother me. I just love having a reliable dependable unit in my kitchen. Again :-)
