I was excited to get this shower head, but when we opened the box to find the shower head to be of a light flimsy looking plastic, there was just no way I would put something so seemingly cheaply made in my bathroom after putting so much work and expense into my remodel.Looking even more into the box you'll see the hose for the wand has to be a joke as well. It is this stiff smooth plastic that just looks VERY cheap and also doe not look like it'l last long.We returned this and found another set with wholly metal components for just a big less on Ebay. Just comparing the two, you can see the quality of the comonents are vastly different despite a similiar price point. This item should be selling for less than half of what it is.even then I'd reccomend passing on it. I'd not even use this for a rental. I cannot understand how it has gotten good reviews.That all said, return was processed without issue
