Review on Kitory Utility Knife, 5 Inch Fine-Edge Kitchen Knife, Sharp German High Carbon Stainless Steel, Full Tang Pakkawood Handle With Gift Box - Metadrop Series by Terry Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The very minute I had this knife in my hand, I knew that I loved it!

I positively love the balance in this knife. If you choke up a bit and hold the blade with your thumb and forefinger, the knife becomes one with your hand. Why is this important? Simply put, it is all about control of the blade and the precision of the cuts. The blade is surgical razor sharp and cuts like a hot knife through butter. I have a collection of ceramic paring knives and although they are very sharp, I can not use them for all jobs and they tend to be quite fragile. I would recommend this paring knife to anyone who loves to cook and appreciates their tools.
