Great for stretching
It's relatively straightforward to stretch your foot without a device like this. However, this makes it easier to get a better stretch since it elevates your foot and allows you to rock forward and backward. It's made of a very sturdy plastic, so I don't think there's any risk of this breaking. Also, the bottom has rubber pads that go the entire length so it's good to use on hard surfaces or even carpet. I also like that they included instructions and stretching recommendations.Overall, I think it's a good value. We'll definitely use it before and after running. I would recommend this.
