This has been my canning year and it's going to be the hot sauce year. I used this grinder for dozens of cans of tomato sauce last week. It works great! Excellent quality and three different golf tips. I used the largest holes the first time and a few seeds came through so I would recommend a medium size for the tomato sauce. I used the fine tomato juice I made last night and it came out so good. No seeds, pulp, etc. I will be using this to strain fermented hot sauce in the future. One of my favorite purchases!
