Refund or exchange because I received a poor quality product. I used a pad of water to cool it down and the diamond was completely worn out in literally 2 minutes. The picture of an unused disc shows how rare the diamond coating on it is. I've ordered them before and after heavy use and grinned at the stones that have tarnished them, but none have worn down to bare metal like these. Disappointed as previous purchase was excellent.
