I like that it has an easy to use interface, allowing me quickly access information about my customers. It also allows for customization of reports/dashboards as needed by our business operations team. The cost is not ideal - but this isn't something we can control at present time; however if you have a large number or data sources being pulled into your system then there will be costs involved in setting up any new source (e.g.: connecting with CRM systems). We are currently pulling together all customer related activities from multiple different channels including email marketing campaigns, website analytics etc., to provide better insights across these touch points.
