I like that it has an easy to use interface, allowing me quickly access information about my customers. It also allows for customization of reports/dashboards as needed by our business operations team.
The cost is not ideal - but this isn't something we can control at present time; however if you have a large number or data sources being pulled into your system then there will be costs involved in setting up any new source (e.g.: connecting with CRM systems). We are currently pulling together…
