Received this controller as a Christmas gift and the right switch doesn't work. Revain has a closed return window, but the warranty is one year. I need to contact Sony PS to get a replacement controller. He hasn't taken it for two months and it's not working. I hope the return process isn't too horrendous. He's not rough with the controller. Still looks like new. He loves the controller and wants a working replacement. Electronics can be complex.
