They are thicker and heavier than I expected, very well made. I've used them to make cookies in an air fryer which gets very hot and they didn't warp at all. The 9 x 7 tray weighs 287 grams and has the following dimensions: bottom = 8 9/16 x 6 1/4 inches, top = 9 5/16 x 6 7/8 inches. Chefman fryer without having to sit on one of the included stands. The edges of the pan fit into the grooves for the grates.
