Good quality for kitchen and dining room

Solid frying pans. I try not to wash them in the dishwasher. After a few months there was no sign of rust, which is my main complaint with other pans. I would buy them again, and more if I can find them in the same stuff.

This pan is amazing.

These items are thick, durable and polished to a mirror finish. I use them to make nachos. I baked chicken in it once and it turned out perfect. I think I deserve some credit but these pans made things easy and they are easy to clean.

Everything is perfect except.

I cut my finger on the corner of the ledge trying to grab it. The edge angle is very sharp. Carefully! I wouldn't see any blood if it was done absolutely for sure. Other than that, this is the perfect product I was looking for.

Best 1/2 Nonstick Baking Sheets

These little nonstick baking sheets (I call them 1/2 kitchen sheets) are amazing. They are light but very strong and are easy to clean up after baking as nothing sticks to them and they have a rim to prevent spills. They are perfect for my needs.

Stainless steel? Do not think so.

When I first received these pans for a small countertop oven I was impressed with their durability. But the first time I cooked in them (potatoes with some oil and salt) they had little black spots. How can they be "stainless" steel when they get dirty easily?

Good Baking Sheets

I bought these sheets to make soft pretzels on because they are stainless steel and don't react to alkali. I had to order them online because they are not sold anywhere in town. Even in a restaurant. Not sure how they would work for anything else, I use aluminum baking pans. They aren't non-stick, but I didn't want a non-stick coating.

Great so far - Baking and Cookie Sheets

I've been using these for a few weeks now and so far I'm really liking them. They cook and wash very well (dishwasher). They temporarily deform at higher temperatures in the oven, but return nicely when cooled. I can't say anything about the durability and be careful which sponge you use, as I got light scratches with a harder sponge.

18 x 13 is actually 17 1/4 x 12 1/4 - most racks will not work with these pans.

I bought (4) of these 18x13 pans - (2) sets (2). I bought these to use with my Checkered Chef Racks. When the pans arrived; I used them straight away without frames and thought they were great. Later, when I had 5 pounds of jerky ready to put in the oven, I found that the Checkered Chef racks wouldn't fit in the pots. It never occurred to me that the pans could be the wrong size. Long story (sorry) - after days of searching for new grates to fit my pans, I finally decided to measure the pans…

Very strong, not deformed, good quality

They are thicker and heavier than I expected, very well made. I've used them to make cookies in an air fryer which gets very hot and they didn't warp at all. The 9 x 7 tray weighs 287 grams and has the following dimensions: bottom = 8 9/16 x 6 1/4 inches, top = 9 5/16 x 6 7/8 inches. Chefman fryer without having to sit on one of the included stands.
