Cheap junk: my feedback

Just received my cap light today. Tried 3 different sets of new batteries, still no luck making it work. Not to mention the clip that holds the battery cover on was broken when I opened the package. Very cheaply made, don’t waste your time. Not even worth one star. Will be returning mine immediately.Edit: after my review, I was contacted by the seller and received an apology and a very prompt full refund. Even though the product wasn’t good, I must say that the customer service was excellent! Five stars for customer service.

Pros

Very handy to just quickly clip on a hat. I keep one on the visor in the car.

I appreciate you sending the second cap light without me having to send the defective one back. Time will tell if the new one continues to work. So far, so good.
