It was easy to use, gave me more control over my website than we were given previously by another hosting provider, and made it simple for our office staff to update content without having to wait for an IT person or programmer. The customer service is excellent! They are very quick to respond, know their product well and have lots of tutorials available online. I had questions about using certain functions that weren't covered in any training material; they called back right away to help me figure out how to do what I needed. Their responsiveness really stood out as being especially helpful during this time when so many other companies' tech support seemed slow or non existent (and some did not seem responsive at all). We also like the fact that there aren't monthly fees associated with keeping a membership roster current. There should be a way to export your database in.
