It is not recommended for flat feet and high arches.
I've been looking for flat feet for months, high arch shoes, bought countless isolates including dr.scholls for $60, a custom build made from CVS, I had to return them all, sadly this one too. I struggled to find the right pair, they are too tight and the arch support is out of place. Pain, as always, from carrying it.
