Review on Stay Dry On Your Next Adventure With Men'S Waterproof Hiking Shorts - Featuring Quick-Dry Fabric And Multiple Pockets For All Of Your Essentials by Steven Stager

Not sure you can actually call these waterproof, but I like them

I really don't know how you can say these are waterproof shorts. The fabric does seem to have some water repellent properties, but they do seem to suck up some water which dried quickly. Two of the pockets have taped seams on the zippers. This appears to just be for looks. Inside the pants, those pockets are mesh.My only real complaint about these is the normal pockets. They're pretty shallow, and my phone (a Pixel 6 Pro) sticks out the top of the pocket. The fit and build quality are both pretty solid. I used their sizing chart and got a XL (my normal pant size is 36x32). Fabric is lightweight, and somewhat stretchy. The black fabric in the crotch is more breathable, but they've added zippered vents in case that's not enough. Overall I'm happy with these in the Army Green color.

Pros
  • These waterproof hiking shorts are versatile enough to wear for a variety of outdoor activities, from hiking and camping to fishing and kayaking
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as allergies or asthma
