I used this product for stress/anxiety/panic relief. While obviously it's not a medication or going to stop horrid times in their tracks, it's a great product to use prior to events that may cause stress or strife. I'll spray some in my truck before work and find myself a little more at ease. The scent isn't as overbearing as others like it though I would mention it isn't exactly "manly" smelling, but I truly don't care because I'd rather be chill or relaxed. Like many sprays out there for ailments it mentions, I think it's great for the general public but just another thing to try for anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, or panic disorders excessively. The best way I looked at this purchase was it can't hurt me to try.and it's done good enough for me to be satisfied. I can attest that it isn't an irritant like some sprays are. I had sprayed some on a shirt I was wearing for the day and it didn't cause any irritation to my newborn son's skin though I wouldn't purposefully try to go that route (lesson learned). Overall, it's worth a shot and I really hope it brings you some sort of relief.
