UPDATE: I contacted the seller to report my issues and was a pleasure working with them! They immediately sent a replacement and were very concerned about my problem. I guess my original pair was a fluke! Loved using these, I have a horse with hock problems and liked the gel rather than frozen ice. I've only used them 10-15 times and they're falling apart. both the seams and the velcro are separated from the fabric. The way they tighten as the velcro wraps around and attaches to itself is awkward, especially if the horse moves at all when tightening. I have to wear a polo underneath just to be safe so they don't slip down and break the ankle which they do. I will contact the manufacturer regarding this, it is possible that my order was defective. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.
