This backpack is very cute and has 6 pockets. It's small but perfect for essentials. I gave it 3 stars because the straps are NOT soft like regular bp straps so they dig into my armpits when I wear it as a backpack! I ignored the review that said the same thing. I'm sorry for that! I can't carry it like a regular backpack, so it's useless as a backpack. The fact that the straps are awful and very painful deserves 1 star, but the bag itself is great for organizing and very cute. The straps hurt a lot, I took them apart to sew in more foam but that doesn't help, the edges of the fabric still cut into the skin and the bag isn't heavy at all. Absolute crap for a birthday present. I wish I had learned Grom 13th lesson
