I am 5'5" approximately 145lbs bra size 30G. This top is very comfortable and secure with great support. This is the only clothing item I own that gives enough support on its own to wear without an additional bra. I would feel comfortable wearing this as athleisure without an additional bra. I would wear a sports bra under this while exercising. I often wear two sports bras during exercise so it's likely that people who usually wear one bra would find this top sufficient on its own. It feels like smooth, thick, high quality material.
