, I recently gave up aerosol dry shampoos when I realized they all contain ozone-depleting fluorocarbons (almost everything in aerosol cans) as well as alcohols that leave your hair feeling extra dry and crisp. . No thank you! I've tried several loose powder dry shampoos (Primally Pure, Bumble&Bumble, Drop Dead Gorgeous) and this is by far my favourite. I love the light lemon flavor and the fact that it has few ingredients. It also works very well, absorbing excess oil and neutralizing odors. I find that with other dry shampoos I have to reapply the next day, but I have found that this dry shampoo lasts much longer and reduces the number of times I have to reapply. This is the first time I've used a dry shampoo brush and it's a game changer! The brush applies the powder more evenly than my fingers normally do. Sometimes I quickly run my fingers through my hair after shaking off the excess, but a brush is a great way to apply shampoo, I'm so glad the shampoo came with it! The bristles on the brush are synthetic, so I wash my brush with mild soap about every two weeks to remove any dirt and oils that have been left on the brush. As a side note, I never received my original order. It's been over 2 weeks on the way (obviously lost in the mail somewhere) and Two Goats Apothecary sent me another one with expedited shipping as soon as I emailed them about the problem. Excellent customer service!
