One star for the brush. Powder gets no stars. I was already annoyed when I opened the package and found the horrible packaging. Then as soon as I unscrewed the cap, a dark powder flew out everywhere. The container is too small and totally out of place. It causes confusion. I tried putting it in a plastic bag to minimize the mess but that didn't help. Smells great! I have a lot of allergies and odor sensitivity and this is the only dry shampoo other than unscented shampoos that doesn't bother me. The color is light but good, much better than the white residue from regular dry shampoo. It can be a little tricky to apply and get good coverage but I'm sure it will get easier once I get used to using it instead of a spray.
