The UI is very clear to understand even if you are not into automation or machine learning fields at all; It really helps one get familiarized without any prior training required by an expert trainer from Aggrnada team itself which also provides good customer support as well when needed too - Thanks Team :) I am solving ticketing related issues where there were some manual processes done manually like creating tickets etc., This tool has helped me automate those tasks completely through RCA process alongwith few other features such As sending mails & emails automatically once certain conditions met up via rules engine & amp; more importantly getting notified regarding same events/tasks completion status so that no pending task remains un-finished till then unless specifically checked upon user request only! Highly Recommended!! Also would recommend this product for organizations who do lot of Ticket submission activities!! Very easy to learn new things about its working concepts within short period of trial run & documentation provided online makes understanding much easier rather difficult.
