HDMI1 stopped working yesterday. I was able to receive a signal on HDMI2 and was able to get my business done for the day. I bought it less than a year ago (November 2018) and now I see that the support options ended this January. What nonsense. I'm pretty sure if you're selling a product to someone in Oregon you should have at least a year warranty. So Revain, how do I get bad video port answers? I use this as an instrument for my music app. 5 hours a week and a few weeks none at all so I definitely didn't overdo it/wear it out. Can I fix this? Update 8/28/19 I was contacted by an Optima representative who helped me get my unit repaired under warranty. Great job again and done in a very reasonable time frame. Great customer service.
