The incredible cramps this caused made me almost pass out from the pain. My heart wanted out. Would never use again. If you don't want 1 bottle to be opened, the 2nd bottle was missing 2 capsules, send it back to me, it's yours. Ketosis only occurs when you're fasting, PERIOD. I'm not disappointed that they sold and took my money any more than I'm disappointed that I fell for this nonsense.
