When i took them out the package i automatically thought " too small".I bought a 3x. Im 5'2 235 and typically wear 16/18 plus size.I was able to bring them up passed the belly button to adjust the crotch area lol. They are tight fitting which ia a good thing. I was already feeling a sweat coming on. However, they are not as stretchy. I did a few slow squata and was safe. We will see how long they last. 4 outta 5 overall.
