I don't usually scold a product I buy when it's quickly accepted for a refund, but I will consider this one. The photo of the product shows that it is neatly arranged as if rolled up on a card. When it arrived it was accidentally stuffed into a 4" x 6" plastic bag, so tangled that it couldn't be used, as described by another reviewer. Most fringes are sold with a line of stitching attached to the open end. It has not been folded or stapled onto cardboard. Disappointment that it cannot be used. When Revain called me my payment was promptly refunded with no product returned.
