Anyone who knows me knows that the level of a company's customer service department often exceeds my requirements for their product, because if the product isn't right, the service must be there, I can say that with confidence and pride I have two Bought items from Torras and both products I have purchased are excellent quality. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the items but it had nothing to do with the quality but it was a blessing in disguise because it connected me to what I can only describe as an AMAZING customer service team. I say team because everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. They did everything, to say the least. In short, if you are looking for a product that meets your needs at a price that is competitive in your market, you can be sure that you are making a wise purchase because the products are returned by the service department that you want more company to receive. imitate. The downside is I'm pretty sure they ruined my next purchase from another company because I ended up being spoiled by them and even exceeding my expectations for the service, cheers @torras - keep up the good work please!
