Works on my Boafeng UV-5R (Windows 10)

I downloaded CHIRP and got this cable to program my UV-5R to FRS/GMRS channels and my local repeaters. The only unusual thing was that I had to go into Device Manager and scroll down until I found the radio in one of the USB dropdowns and clicked "Load Driver". After automatically searching the web for a driver, I opened CHIRP and the radio was listed as COM3. However, when I plugged in the radio the second time, it said COM4.
