High grade aluminum with lots of holes

I confess I didn't buy this to use for its intended purpose but to use as a bird feed tray for sunflower seeds, since you don't want them sitting in a puddle of water. For my purpose it is superb, costing a fraction of what even a plastic bird feed tray would. The aluminum is heavy gauge, with plenty of holes and a well-structured rim. I have no doubt it would make an excellent pizza crisper tray.

Pros

Works great - make sure to follow instructions to bake on nonstick coating.

Cons

The pan may not be effective in evenly baking the pizza dough, resulting in unevenly cooked crusts
