When I decided to do my own nails, my research led me to polygel. I had no idea what good polygel would be good so I ordered the cheapest. I found it and was very disappointed. The polygel worked as I saw in the YouTube videos. So I joined some Facebook manicure pages and narrowed my choice of polygel down to the SXC brand. And boy was I surprised how much better it worked! I love the colors and how they stay where you put them. For me it was a game changer. I was ready to throw in the towel and close the case. But I decided to give it another chance and then I ordered this brand. This is a much more durable polygel which I find makes it easier to apply. I recommend this brand for beginners. I also like the rhinestones that come with the set and the tassel. I use a slip base. I find that works best.
