This device was purchased in July. This worked for a few minutes on our RV TV. It went into alarm mode and after we reset it the TV ran for a few minutes and did the same. The television has a rated output of 90-100 watts. The inverter is designed for 300 watts and 600 peak. Why did the inverter keep alarming? The RV batteries were 13.8 volts and fine. I contacted Giandel support and they asked me to check a few things but found that the 12v outlet in the camper may not have enough power to power the inverter. They send me a direct connection to the battery cable and now the TV works fine. When using this inverter, you may need to connect it directly to a battery source if you experience this problem. Giandel provided the best technical support and follow up. I would buy from them again.
