Review on 🍗 Calphalon 2029653 Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 16-Inch Roaster with Rack, Black: The Ultimate Cookware for Perfect Roasting by David Encarnacion

I almost bought a Calphalon Premier pan because of the price. Then I decided I was tired of buying pans whose inner lining chipped and blistered pretty quickly. I love this pot. It cleans up easier than any teflon coated pan I've had. Food doesn't stick to the bottom like other pots do when cooking thick sauces. It's heavier and it took a little while to figure out what temperature works best for each recipe. Once I figured out the right temperature to cook with, cooking in this pot was amazing!
