Do you know how hard it is to find a Doberman sweater or coat? It's terrible! Her breasts are so deep that anything you buy for her will NEVER fit. They stick to them and in about 2 minutes they start running out of their sleeves. But they are not designed for really cold weather. Their short coat is great and easy to care for, but leaves a lot to be desired in the snow. So you MUST find a sweater or coat for her. Which brings you back to the first problem, NOTHING fits. Very unpleasant. But THIS coat is a different story. Nice warm turtleneck perfect for the Doberman's elegant neck. And you can wear a belt that fits snugly around your Dobe's waist to keep it snug and secure at all times. And brother is a warm thing. My Dobe travels with me and we have been in a very cold climate. I mean COLD! So I put this coat on her before I took her outside and she's warm as toast. Also, it allows her to run to the fullest and never bothers her. However, be careful. I had to buy a NEXT SIZE LARGER than the chart to make this coat comfortable for her. (Due to Dobe's deep chest, tiny waist, needing to move like a cheetah.) But for now, this thing is perfect. Thereon. If you have a deep chested dog, this coat is a MUST to watch out for.
