They are very responsive to our needs when it comes time for upgrades or troubleshooting issues with software we have purchased from them over many years of service contracts! I would like more flexibility as far what they will do during their scheduled maintenance window (or not). Also - no techs come out at night-time unless something is really urgent which makes scheduling difficult sometimes too if there isn't enough work available after hours/weekends etc.. It seems most companies these days want "the lowest price" but don’t value long term relationships nor customer satisfaction!! We've been using NES since 1995 & never had any problems until this year where one particular issue was resolved within 24 hrs by an engineer who came back again later because he couldn'';ve missed some information due his being away while waiting earlier before returning home late evening last week.
