I bought this because my wife likes to listen to her "I Heart Radio" on her phone while she is cooking. And the phone's small speaker can't be heard over a hair dryer or shower. Also, I was disgusted with all the leftover hairspray on her phone. I don't like cables so I installed it in a 3 gang box buried in the wall above my other switches. I bought a 110V to 12V 5A converter, hooked it up to a switch and also put it in the box. Ran cords to a pair of ceiling speakers and I couldn't be happier! with both of our phones and was about to show my wife how to use it with my phone but he snatched her phone from the downstairs dining table (priority should be given to the last paired phone) which was on a flight of stairs. and 30 feet on foot.
