Review on Construction Vehicles Screwdriver Excavator 6 Year Old by Staxy Asedr

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Amazingly intricate with fine detail

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson and thought it would make a great left loose right tight tutorial. While that's the case, I hope my review isn't as complicated as the toys themselves. Check out my photos to understand my comments. Good: no batteries required; the parts are well made of seemingly durable material; Four (4) different types of construction vehicles for direct vehicle play (sandpit, etc.). Dislikes: Surprisingly difficult assembly with limited instructions on product packaging; many small pieces; would have preferred the multicolored version for more creative/diverse build results; There's a specific build order that I wouldn't have found intuitive if I wasn't the one who originally disassembled the toy (I built a vehicle with a percussion instrument); only one screwdriver provided (would have preferred 2 for either supervised activities or multiple children's games); the storage box has latches that open in opposite directions - unnecessary and potentially annoying for younger children; When stocked, the storage box separates vehicles well, but this comes at the cost of a thin plastic liner that probably won't survive child play - accidental storage (and possible loss of small parts) is a likely outcome I think. Reading the seller's original promotional material, I was somewhat expecting a friction-driven hull type (move back into the wind, release, and move forward) - they're not, they're simple freewheel mechanisms that move when you push them); The exact repetition of cabin bodies reduces production costs and the cost of toys, as there are fewer opportunities for creative assembly schemes. While this toy set may be suitable for younger children under the direct supervision of an adult I would never trust a 3 year old. the child plays with this toy alone (as soon as he sees that the screws fall out and the parts come loose). I think even older kids are likely to take these vehicles apart and get frustrated with the assembly scheme required to restore them to their original configuration. Demonstrate "Follow me" building activities and/or children can compete against each other in building competitions. I hope you found my photos and comments helpful in your consideration of this topic.
