Ordered 2 of these for Christmas, unboxed them, put batteries in remote, fully charged internal battery to do a test run. It was very slow, stopped working, it was not responding to remote. Very disappointed. I saw these on a Facebook ad.very misleading as far as power & durability. You don't get what's advertised on the Facebook ads. Both Excavators responded the same. Good news is it was a hassle free return & refund through UPS.done promptly. Would not recommend.

This product stopped working a month after receiving i again have sent numerous complaints requesting a replace and again I have not received a reply. These truck are not worth the money I spent on the

When pressed, top left button on remote rendered both remote and excavator inoperable. Had to switch both units off then on again to reestablish connection. It would function again until same button was pressed, then quit working again. Ordered second unit which arrived on xmas eve. YAY. except same identical problem! Returned both. Bought matching dump truck which seems to work fine.

The remote control is difficult to use, too many buttons for kids to deal with. The plastic is lightweight and I don’t think it would hold up very well over time and use. Ours came defective, and the bucket does not move at all, so it is being returned. I would not recommend.

Remote would disconnect quite a bit. Very durable and fun to play around with! Kids didn’t get involved too much. But I on the other hand played with it quite a bit lol

This was a gift for my grandson he is very intelligent and 11 years old still has not figured out how the remote control works at all times smaller than I thought it would be no need for so many channels and frequency hard to believe there is Due to the response of the remote control my grandson believes it makes for a nice model

Left side of the remote stopped working after a day of normal use. Going for a replacement but we'll see how long it keeps up.

This thing is complete junk. Bought it for my sons birthday and it is trash. Charge battery all night and lasted 3-4 minutes. Don’t waste the time or money.

My 10 year old son wanted this excavator after he saw the video online. When we received it, it would not work after the first battery recharge. I contacted the seller and they replaced the battery pack with a higher current version which has worked great with longer battery life. The next day the remote on/off switch got jammed and my son broke it trying to make it work. The seller then replaced the remote in a couple of days and it has been working good since then. Update: so after a few emails with the vendor, they sent us a new one. My son loves this excavator. It is way more durable than we thought it would be and he can even use it to load corn into his toy farm truck.30 minutes of playing with the toy and the base of the excavator arm will not go up and down. Really loved it when it worked right now just completely frustrated.

Loads of fun. Little glitchy at times with the syncing between controller and toy. Overall very fun toy to play with for my son.
