No milling required. Instead, they should include the 9/16 bit. I think the curve should be a holdover from an earlier version of this set. Therefore 4 stars. You need more than you think. In the end I used 21 double planks (ie 41 last single planks) of 68 cm, perhaps a few less could have been made. Each last vestibule (after cutting out the "double") results in a mesh size of about 17 mm. And you're bound to screw something up. So do extra. Be patient with the setup, don't rush to center the bits as there isn't much wiggle room. Look for the pointer that says the height should be such that the bottom of the bit just touches the butt. I'm not sure if you really need to do two passes. I used a double height pegboard, one on top and one after the snaffle. I did this to cover a 43 inch TV. In the end it worked out great and it's so beautiful. Don't underestimate the power of the dark side, I mean the time it takes, it's not a quick or easy thing. Nevertheless, it's worth it.
