Review on 🔍 Improved HVAC Filtration: FilterBuy 24X30X1 Pleated Furnace Filters for Optimal Performance by Kirk Womack

These filters are a full 1/2 inch smaller than advertised. After removing the previous 3M pleated filter, I replaced this FilterBuy and quickly noticed a 1/2" gap on the top and sides that had to be taped over in order for me to use it. I will never buy this manufacturer again. I suggest using brands like 3M, which will provide you with a filter that actually fits your HVAC return fitting. I can't think of any reason why a filter manufacturer would downsize the MERV 13 filter and leave gaps for the customer, especially in the current COVID-19 situation.
