BUYER BEWARE

Huge Mistake. Bought this press at the end of September. I've only used a full hand once. When I opened the box I noticed that the car looked used. The third time I used the press, the timer stopped working. It squeaked constantly. Then today as I was pressing my shirt, flames came out the back of the press and I shorted out the outlet. My press is set to the right temperature and I'm fine. My press will no longer turn on. I'm a small business owner and I can't afford to buy a new press. Now I'm curious if the seller is doing it right.
