The band trainer is amazing. Couldn't have liked more. It really helps to feel the connection in your hands needed for a smooth swing. Although the wrist trainer is not. This seems to teach incorrect wrist position as it forces you to squeeze your wrist to make contact with it, but if you try to force your wrist into a powerful position it won't reach or sit comfortably. Not only that, it's annoying if you try to swing down, it will always hit the other wrist, annoying and almost impossible to swing.
