Runs small, one size bigger!
We ordered a medium sized breed for our 14 lb Maltese. Very tight and doesn't stretch at all. The material is durable but not soft even after many washes. I'm giving it four stars because it's well built, doesn't interfere with urination, looks just like the picture and overall is worth the price. Be sure to increase the size. I read the reviews before buying so I knew I should order a size up from normal but it really should have been two sizes up.
