DIFFICULT TO USE the best in Tubes & Tunnels

It didn't work for me at all. It is estimated that it can contain up to 100 crickets. The plastic bowls for water and food are too small and difficult to reach to fill. When you take out the tubes, the crickets have no place to hang around, they pile up and suffocate each other. Tubes require additional caps. If you pull out a tube filled with crickets without a cap on the open end, the crickets can crawl out. It was too small for the maximum load of crickets, the food and water bowls are too small and many crickets require frequent refilling. To store lots of crickets I bought a few which only quadrupled the cleaning/refilling effort. My solution was to buy a very LARGE acrylic aquarium that I could easily keep 500 crickets in at a time and provide large plates of food/water. I placed some empty cardboard toilet paper rolls in the tank. Crickets love hanging out in TP reels, and if I want to collect a bunch of crickets, all I have to do is pick up a TP reel and put it in a tall container. The aquarium is easy to clean and easy to feed/water for crickets. When TP rolls get dirty I just throw them out and put new cardboard in. An empty egg carton in the aquarium can also serve as a home for crickets.
