Pizza pan - difficult to get out of the square basket as it is very hot. I would suggest downsizing the flange and adding a simple mold pull out tool as well as the cake pan. Cake pan - the ends of the handles have quite sharp edges and when trying to attach/remove the handle scratches the pan easily. and damages the non-stick coating, raising suspicion of poisoning from the damaged coating. Possibly a special tool as mentioned above, or the same handle design but inserting/removing from the outside of the pan. Skewer Rack - Same problem with skewers that can damage the inner lining of a square basket. Egg Bites/Mini Cupcake Mold - I'm guessing this is silicone but I couldn't find any markings or specs about the blue mold. Although it can withstand high fryer temperatures, I'm not sure if the material is strong enough and the material won't release any harmful substances during the heat cycle. Overall we like the functionality of the fryer, but I think the accessory set still needs some design attention as it is now part of the Cosori customer experience. Update May 31, 2019: Customer service has actively contacted me to explain and provide the necessary documents to ensure the quality and safety of the product. At the same time a full refund was offered to resolve my complaints. I appreciate Kosori's sincerity and active role. Their attitude has earned my trust and I hope their products continue to improve based on consumer feedback. I am changing my rating to 4 stars.
