Not the best quality

Color seems to hold up and doesn't chip. Unfortunately, one of them was already broken and was not so heavily loaded. Was used to carry no more than 10 pounds. But others seem fine.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not automatic

Carabiner's are good for industrial gear

I needed to replace some cheap straps in our van. I installed new belts for this. These lobster claws were small but had enough room to fold under the strap and sew in place. They haven't been used in the camper yet but I'm sure they will work once installed.

Pros
  • industrial gear
Cons
  • small things

Quite expensive but very strong

Very good workmanship, the spring bar doesn't feel hard and also quite heavy. Are they worth more than $2.50 each? Hard to justify, but they're very well made. Carries about 5.2 ounces (about 150 grams) of keys, which are bouncing off my hip and duty belt at the moment.

Pros
  • Clasps
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
