I like that you can easily access all of your data from anywhere in our office or even remotely through my mobile device! The ease to use is definitely one thing this program has over others out there we have used before (like Microsoft Excel). It would be helpful if it could sync up better between different devices so sometimes using an iPhone for example will cause issues when trying to edit information while at work via desktop computer etc.. but overall great product!! We are now able to save money by not having another employee enter invoices into accounts every week instead they just get entered directly onto their own phone which saves time AND reduces human error as well.
