Just received this and can't wait to use it. I will keep you updated on his performance. It was very nice of the company to include 2 pairs of chopsticks and a sauce bowl. I compared two pairs of chopsticks to my usual sushi restaurants so you guys can compare. From this company, they are thicker and more comfortable in the hand. The sauce bowl is also very pretty, deep enough not to spoil when dipping. The main squeezer, the bamboo steamer, measures 12 inches, but the actual interior, where the food is placed, is about 11 inches, which works out well for me. Like my other bamboo steamer, this one replaces it, it has a "woody" smell that washes out easily, just like my other one, in just one wash in the sink.
